Lieben heisst Leben

Safe space

Clarity is what makes
letting go possible

You can only give yourself to something if you know where you stand. So here it is in the open: how I work, what can happen, what never happens and what you can rely on.

The frame

Nine promises you can rely on

  • We talk before we begin. About what you want, about your boundaries and about what is present right now. That way I already know what suits you and you do not have to say it in the middle of a session. Afterwards we take time again, if you feel like it.
  • Your yes does not cover the whole session. You can change the quality and the intensity of a touch at any moment, ask for a pause or stop. Without giving a reason. What felt right at the start does not have to feel right an hour later.
  • Intimate touch can be part of it, but it does not have to be. How far it goes differs from one session to another. In every case: nothing happens that we have not spoken about beforehand.
  • No sexual contact between us. No intercourse, no oral gratification. It is not about reciprocity and it is not about me, it is about your experience. That clarity is the reason you can let yourself into this at all.
  • You decide how much you take off. In the tantra massage you begin dressed in a lungi, a wrapped cloth. Being naked belongs to this work and is warmly invited, and around halfway you usually lie without it. It happens very slowly and at your pace, and you can say at any time that you would like it differently. In Sanctuary of Touch, whatever you want to keep on stays on.
  • How you lie and how you move is up to you. There is no correct position and none you would have to take. Your body may shape this too.
  • If I notice uncertainty, I ask. I do not read minds and I do not pretend to. If I notice tension, withdrawal or hesitation, I ask you instead of interpreting it.
  • Everything stays between us. What you entrust to me does not leave the room.
  • Trust goes both ways. If it does not feel right for either of us, we say so openly, and either of us may call it off. And because this is about bodies and closeness: from the age of 18.

My experience and my limit

When touch reaches
something deeper

Touch can sometimes lead to places where something has been waiting a long time: old grief, fear, shame, or a memory the body has kept. If such feelings or reactions come up during a session, it does not mean that something is going wrong. It can be a sign that your body is noticing something that has had little room until now.

In those moments I slow down rather than speed up. I ask instead of interpreting, and I follow your experience, your boundaries and your pace. I do not push, and I do not work towards making you live through earlier experiences again.

What I offer is an attentive, safe space in which you can have a new experience in the present moment: of self-determination, respect, slowness and conscious connection. You decide at any time what is right for you and what is not.

If something is still working in you after a session, or stays open, we can talk about what you need afterwards. Depending on the situation that can be a follow-up conversation, some orientation, or the recommendation of a suitable professional.

I bring around six years of experience in accompanying people through sensitive personal processes with a focus on the body. Alongside that comes the intensive work with my own history and ongoing professional supervision, where I regularly review my work with an experienced practitioner.

At the same time a clear boundary matters to me: I work with the body and accompany processes, I do not work therapeutically. I am not a trauma therapist or a psychotherapist and I have no training in trauma therapy. My accompaniment does not replace psychotherapeutic, psychiatric or medical treatment.

If I notice that something needs specialised professional support, I say so honestly and openly. I do not try to take on anything that lies outside my experience or my responsibility. What matters to me is that you get the kind of support your situation really calls for.

Depending on the session

Not everything is the same everywhere

The promises above hold for everything I offer. What kind of touch can occur differs:

  • Tantra massage. The whole body can be included, the intimate area too, for women as a yoni massage, for men as a lingam massage. What belongs to it we agree on beforehand.
  • Sanctuary of Touch. If you want it, breasts and heart space can be included attentively, as can outer touch of the yoni. An inner yoni massage is expressly not part of it, so there is no targeted work with sexual energy. The focus is on holding, grounding and slowness.
  • Tantra coaching. Conversation and bodywork. If touch is to be part of it, we agree on it beforehand.
  • Yoga. A group class. Touch occurs only as a correction, and only if you agree to it.

What I have committed to

Not only meant,
but written down

I signed these principles as a course leader, before I became self-employed. They still hold unchanged, not because an association asks for it, but because without them none of what people come to me for would be possible.

  • Attentiveness and respect

I meet you with regard, empathy and appreciation, regardless of gender, origin, sexual orientation, conviction or background. If I notice uncertainty, withdrawal or tension, I pause and ask. I do not rely on reading unspoken signals correctly.

  • Voluntariness and consent

Every touch and every closeness happens on the basis of your clear, informed and voluntary consent. That consent is not obtained once at the beginning and then taken to cover everything. It stays movable throughout, and you can withdraw it at any moment, without giving a reason.

  • Closeness and responsibility

I am aware that in this meeting I carry the responsibility for the frame. I never exploit that role, neither for my own advantage nor for pressure or emotional influence.

  • Professional distance

I do not enter romantic or sexual relationships with people I accompany. That holds during the accompaniment and it does not end with the last session. Anyone who entrusts themselves to me must be able to rely on my having no interest of my own in it.

  • Confidentiality

Everything you entrust to me stays between us. Nothing from our time together is carried outside.

  • Self-reflection and a place to turn to

I take responsibility for my behaviour and reflect on it regularly. Where there is uncertainty or conflict, I bring in people I trust early.

If something is not right

There is a way past me

If something in my accompaniment feels wrong to you, I would wish for you to say it, to me, if you want to. And if that is not possible or not enough, there is a place outside, independent of me:

That this possibility exists is not a sign of mistrust. It is part of what makes a space safe.
