Sanctuary of Touch

Who am I when someone sees me
and holds my boundaries?

A slow and quiet form of bodywork, grown out of tantra massage. Holding, grounding and sensing, along one thought: less is more.

What it is

Arriving, and nothing else

Sanctuary of Touch grew out of tantra massage but moves in a different direction. Sexual energy is not the focus here. The question is a quieter one: can your body rediscover trust in touch?

What I bring is presence, slowness and hands that hold. It is less like receiving a treatment and more like being given a space in which you can meet yourself.

Before we begin

The conversation is where
the safety comes from

Before we begin we take time to speak. About what you are looking for, about the quality of touch that feels right for you and about your boundaries. That conversation is not a formality. It is where the safety comes from.

What happens

Nothing to achieve,
nothing to give back

Then there is time. You can move, change your position and follow your own impulses. Lying still and adapting to me are not part of it. What arises is yours: rest, tears, warmth, arousal, aliveness. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to give back.

Intimate touch is possible if you want it, but there is no yoni or lingam massage here. The session is shaped around the experience of women. Men and couples are welcome on request.

This page speaks to you as a woman, because the session is shaped around the experience of women. Men and couples I accompany after a conversation about what you are looking for. Just write to me and we will take our time with it.

Before we meet, we talk. What happens here and what does not is written openly on Safe space.

My work is body- and experience-oriented accompaniment. It does not replace medical, psychotherapeutic or trauma-therapeutic treatment. I do not promise healing.
